  2. R E S U E L V E:
  3. Primero. Declarar fundadas las objeciones presidenciales respecto del literal c) del articulo 4deg del Proyecto de Ley Ndeg 167/95 Senado y 152/95 Camara y, en consecuencia, declarar INEXEQUIBLE el literal c) del articulo 4o del Proyecto de Ley No 167/95 Senado y 152/95 Camara.
  4. Segundo. Dese aplicacion a lo previsto en el articulo 167 de la Constitucion.
