- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLES los articulos 2deg y 3deg del proyecto de ley 243 de 1996 Senado y 063 de 1996 Camara, en razon de haberse encontrado fundadas las objeciones presidenciales formuladas en contra de dichas normas.
- Segundo. En los terminos del articulo 167 de la Constitucion Politica, devuelvase el proyecto al Senado de la Republica para que se sirva rehacer e integrar las disposiciones afectadas en terminos concordantes con esta Sentencia, y una vez cumplido este tramite remita el proyecto a la Corte para fallo definitivo.
