- 1) Declarar INFUNDADAS las objeciones presidenciales respecto del articulo 2 del Proyecto de Ley No 162/94 Senado - 186/95 Camara "Por medio de la cual la Nacion se asocia a los cincuenta anos de la fundacion de la Universidad del Valle y se dictan otras disposiciones", bajo el entendido de que el mencionado proyecto se limita a decretar un gasto publico.
- 2) Dese aplicacion a lo previsto en el articulo 167 de la Constitucion.
