- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declaranse INFUNDADAS las objeciones de inconstitucionalidad formuladas por el Ejecutivo al Proyecto de Ley No. 134 de 1989 Senado de la Republica, (198 de 1989 Camara de Representantes) "Por la cual la Nacion se asocia a la celebracion de los 450 anos del Municipio de Marmato, Departamento de Caldas y se dictan otras disposiciones". y solo en cuanto hace al planteamiento de inexequibilidad de tales objeciones.
- Segundo. Enviese el presente proyecto de Ley al senor Presidente de la Republica para su sancion, quien dispondra su promulgacion como Ley.
- Tercero. Remitase copia de la presente sentencia al senor Presidente de la Republica y a los senores Presidentes del Senado y de la Camara.
