- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "PROTOCOLO DE CARTAGENA SOBRE SEGURIDAD DE LA BIOTECNOLOGIA DEL CONVENIO SOBRE LA DIVERSIDAD BIOLOGICA, hecho en Montreal el veintinueve (29) de enero de dos mil (2000)".
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 740 de 2002.
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Constitucion Politica.
