- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S UE L V E:
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la "Convencion sobre la prohibicion del empleo, almacenamiento, produccion y transferencia de minas antipersonal y sobre su destruccion", hecha en Oslo el dieciocho (18) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997)".
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 554 de 2000 aprobatoria de la Convencion antes referida.
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
