- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 451 de 1998, "por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio de cooperación judicial en materia penal entre la República de Colombia y el Reino de España" suscrito en la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., el 29 de mayo de 1997".
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio de cooperación judicial en materia penal entre la República de Colombia y el Reino de España" suscrito en la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., el 29 de mayo de 1.997.".
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicación de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la República, al Congreso de la República, al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, al Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho y al Fiscal General de la Nación.
