- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES la Ley 455 de 4 de agosto de 1998, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba la Convención sobre la abolición del requisito de legalización para documentos públicos extranjeros", suscrita en la Haya el 5 de octubre de 1961, y la Convención misma.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE esta decisión al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, y envíesele copia auténtica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta Política.
