- PRIMERO. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE, por los aspectos formales, la Ley 33 de 1992 "por medio de la cual se aprueba el Tratado de Derecho Civil Internacional y el Tratado de Derecho Comercial Internacional", firmados en Montevideo el 13 de febrero de 1889.
- SEGUNDO. INHIBIRSE de proferir pronunciamiento de fondo respecto de la constitucionalidad del "Tratado de Derecho Civil Internacional y el Tratado de Derecho Comercial Internacional", firmados en Montevideo el 13 de febrero de 1889.
- TERCERO. Comuníquese el presente fallo al Gobierno Nacional para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241, numeral 10o. de la Constitución Política.
