- PRIMERO. Declarar exequible el Tratado sobre el Registro Internacional de Obras Audiovisuales, adoptado en Ginebra el 18 de abril de 1989, así como la Ley 26 del veintiuno (21) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), que lo aprueba.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar a la Presidencia de la República y al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241, numeral 10, de la Constitución Política.
- TERCERO. Advertir al Gobierno Nacional, que de conformidad con el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Constitución Nacional, que los tratados internacionales y sus leyes aprobatorias, deberán ser remitidas a esta Corporación dentro de los seis días siguientes a su sanción.
