Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el artículo 14 de la Ley 1805 de 2016, por medio de la cual se modifican la Ley 73 de 19 88 y la Ley 919 de 2004 en materia de donación de componentes anatómicos y se dictan otras disposiciones.
La actora considera que la norma acusada, la cual regula la posibilidad de dar prioridad en las listas de espera de donación de órganos, cuando al concurrir dos personas para el procedimiento del trasplante una de ellas hubiere expresado su voluntad de ser donante de órganos y la otra no, vulnera los artículos 1, 2, 13, 16 y 18 de la Constitución Política.
El incumplimiento de los requisitos de certeza, especificidad y suficiencia en la formulación de los cargos llevó a la Corte a declararse INHIBIDA par a emitir pronunciamiento de fondo.
