En aquellos casos en los cuales dos (2) personas en lista de espera de trasplante de órganos o tejidos sean médicamente compatibles y tengan el mismo nivel de gravedad, el órgano o tejido será trasplantado a la persona que hizo expresa su voluntad de ser donante de órganos y tejidos y se encuentre identificada como tal.
