- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín el seis (6) de septiembre de 2000, y en su lugar confirmar el fallo del Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad del catorce (14) de agosto de 2000 mediante el que se negó la tutela presentada por el peticionario al no encontrar vulneración del derecho al debido proceso.
- Segundo. Librar, por medio de la Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
