- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la parte resolutiva de la sentencia proferida por el señor Juez
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Santa Marta, del veintisiete (27) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), en el negocio de la referencia, por las razones expuestas.
- Segundo. Oficiar a la Procuraduría General de la Nación a fin de que investigue los hechos que se señalan en la parte motiva de la presente providencia.
- Tercero. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Juez
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Santa Marta, conforme lo dispone el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Ordénesele al Juez
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Santa Marta que informe a esta Corte sobre el cumplimiento de lo decidido en esta sentencia.
