- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogota -Sala Penal-, del 11 de mayo de 1992, por la cual se denego la tutela solicitada por el Sr. Baldoyno Asprilla Rivas, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por el Sr. Baldoyno Asprilla Rivas en el sentido de ORDENAR al Director General de Prisiones que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas luego de notificada la presente providencia, ordene llevar a cabo la totalidad de los examenes medicos necesarios con el fin de determinar si el Sr. Asprilla Rivas requiere un tratamiento y, en caso afirmativo, autorizar de manera inmediata el inicio del mismo y su culminacion.
- TERCERO. COMISIONAR a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogota, para que realice el seguimiento del cumplimiento de este fallo de la Corte Constitucional por parte de la Direccion General de Prisiones e informe a esta Corporacion el resultado del mismo o su incumplimiento.
- CUARTO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, ENVIAR copia de esta Sentencia al Juzgado 16 Penal del Circuito, al Juzgado 21 Superior, al Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogota -Sala Penal-, al Sr. Ministro de Justicia, a la Consejeria para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos de la Presidencia de la Republica y al Defensor del Pueblo.
