- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Popayán, el 27 de agosto de 1999. En su lugar, CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE la decisión del 5 de agosto de 1999, proferida por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Bolívar, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por el Personero de Bolívar (Cauca), en representación de los señores Henry Bolaños Daza, César Gentil Dorado Garcés y Francisco Javier Dorado Garcés.
- Segundo. La orden que profirió el juzgado de primera instancia se dirigirá al liquidador de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero S.A.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
