- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela presentada por MARY PINZON GOMEZ en los terminos que siguen.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al I.S.S. que en tanto ya se ha expedido el bono pensional a favor de la actora, DEBERA dentro de los ocho (8) dias siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, si aun no lo ha hecho, proferir el acto administrativo que corresponda en derecho, en orden a resolver sobre la solicitud de reconocimiento de pension de vejez presentada por MARY PINZON GOMEZ.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
