CONFIRMAR, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Sibundoy de fecha el 8 de abril de 2003, mediante el cual se denego la tutela impetrada por Alonso Pujimuy y Otros contra la Alcaldia Municipal de Sibundoy y contra el Cabildo Indigena Camentsa de Sibundoy, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Librese por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
