- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca -Seccion Segunda, Subseccion "B"-, y por el Consejo de Estado -Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Seccion Primera-, por medio de los cuales se nego la proteccion solicitada por Ana Lucia Bernal Rivera.
- En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho al debido proceso administrativo. En consecuencia, se ordena a la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares que, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente Sentencia, proceda a reanudar el pago de las mesadas pensionales, cubriendo a la peticionaria todas las dejadas de cancelar desde cuando se interrumpio el pago.
- Segundo. El desacato a lo aqui dispuesto se sancionara en la forma prevista por el articulo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
