- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el catorce (14) de mayo de dos mil dos (2002), por el Juzgado 3 Civil Municipal de Medellin, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Heliobar de Jesus Vargas contra el Seguro Social Seccional Medellin. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que en el termino de 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, se adopten las decisiones necesarias para que en el tramite del bono pensional correspondiente al senor Heliobar de Jesus Vargas, se le informe sobre las decisiones que se adopten, el cual debera ser tramitado con cumplimiento estricto de los terminos senalados en la ley.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
