- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Ciudad Bolívar - Antioquia que confirmó el fallo del Juzgado Penal Municipal de Ciudad Bolívar - Antioquia, en la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor William Antonio Cadavid Muñoz en representación de su menor hijo Juan Sebastián Cadavid Arteaga, en contra de Comfenalco EPS.
- En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE a Comfenalco EPS Seccional Antioquia, que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, si no lo hubiere hecho autorice y lleve a cabo la práctica del procedimiento médico requerido por el menor Juan Sebastián Cadavid Arteaga y que fue ordenado por los médicos tratantes.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
