- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia del Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Santiago de Cali, el catorce (14) de julio de 1997, por las razones expuestas en este fallo, y, en consecuencia, dejar sin efectos todos los actos cumplidos en ejecución de la Sentencia que se revoca.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
