- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de instancia dictado el
- primero. (1o) de noviembre de dos mil (2000) por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Cali, mediante el cual nego la tutela formulada por el ciudadano JUAN ANTONIO CARVAJAL contra el Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Valle del Cauca, para en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de peticion quebrantado al accionante por dicha entidad.
- Segundo. ORDENAR, en consecuencia, al Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Valle del Cauca, que dentro del perentorio termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificacion personal de la presente sentencia, si es que aun no lo ha hecho, resuelva la solicitud de revocatoria directa (parcial), formulada por el ciudadano JUAN ANTONIO CARVAJAL contra la Resolucion No. 004337, de 26 de mayo de 2000.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
