Primero. REVOCASE PARCIALMENTE la sentencia pronunciada por el Juzgado Catorce Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, el veintiuno (21) de abril del presente ano, por medio de la cual se concedio la tutela invocada.
Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDESE el amparo del derecho de peticion y, en consecuencia, ORDENASE a la Caja Nacional de Prevision que resuelva, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, sobre la peticion radicada bajo el numero 7995/90 que formulo la senora Soledad Cortes de Sanchez y, en el eventual caso de que la peticionaria reuna todos los requisitos legales para obtener el reconocimiento de la pension, ORDENASE a dicha entidad reconocerla y disponer su inclusion en nomina, con el fin de que se realice el pago oportuno y efectivo del mencionado rubro.
Tercero. CONFIRMASE el ordinal
segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia que se revisa.
Cuarto. LIBRESE la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
