- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Veinte Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, el 4 de septiembre de 1996, y por el Juzgado Cuarenta Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el 26 de noviembre del mismo año, que denegaron la acción de tutela promovida por la señora Ana Isabel Cucaita Robayo.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaría comunicación al Juzgado Veinte Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, con el objeto de que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo dispuesto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
