- Primero. Revócase la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el día 22 de junio de 1994, que denegó la tutela solicitada por el señor JUAN CARLOS ROJAS MONCADA, en favor de su hijo JOSE ALEJANDRO ROJAS PEDRAZA, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia, concédese la tutela demandada, y se ordena al Instituto de Seguros Sociales continuar prestando al menor JOSE ALEJANDRO ROJAS PEDRAZA el "tratamiento de rehabilitación para sus secuelas que le va a permitir un mejor acondicionamiento a su estado orgánico y una mejor posibilidad de integración a su entorno", tal como lo señala el concepto del Instituo Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses.
- Segundo. Líbrense por secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el Artículo 36 del Decreto 2591, para los efectos allí contemplados.
