- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del diez (10) de noviembre de 1999, proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela al señor ALBERTO NAVAS MURILLO y en consecuencia, ordenar la Instituto de Seguros Sociales, seccional Medellín, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, tome las medidas necesarias para que, previa valoración médica, y si a ello hubiere lugar, se le practique la operación quirúrgica que sea menester para solucionar el padecimiento en su pierna izquierda.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
