Cajanal reconoció la pensión por una cuantía menor y no dio respuesta a los recursos interpuestos por el accionante. <br> <br>en primera instancia no le es reconocido el derecho invocado, en segunda instancia es concedido de manera transitoria y por último la corte constitucional concede la protección de dicho derecho fundamental como mecanismo definitivo, se hace mención de la sentencia t 571 de 2002 en la cual se establecen los mecanismos excepcionales para los cuales procede el amparo de tutela como mecanismo definitivo. <br>

- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
