- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 20 de noviembre de 2000 por el Juzgado Único Penal del Circuito Especializado.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas, al mínimo vital y al pago oportuno de salarios.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al señor Jorge Enrique Fernández Mejía como gerente de la empresa APARTAHOTEL COLONIAL Ltda., o a quien haga sus veces, para que en el término de quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, cancele, si aún no lo hubiere hecho, todas las acreencias laborales adeudas al señor Yonis Eduardo Álvarez Rojano.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
