- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del diecinueve de junio de 1992, proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Alban, departamento de Cundinamarca, por medio de la cual se resolvio favorablemente la tutela interpuesta por Juan Guacaneme Garcia en contra del particular Carlos Ulises Cardenas.
- SEGUNDO. En todos los casos similares al presente, por sus hechos o circunstancias, siempre que se configure una indefension frente a un particular y de ella se derive vulneracion o amenaza a la vida, la doctrina constitucional establecida en esta providencia, tendra caracter obligatorio para las autoridades, en los terminos del articulo 23 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. Ordenar que por Secretaria se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo de Alban, Cundinamarca, para los efectos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
