PRIMERO. Declarar que, como se ha presentado un hecho superado, -por esta única razón- se CONFIRMA la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Penal del Circuito del Quibdó del 17 de julio de 2003, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por María Catalina Palacios de Mosquera, contra el Fondo de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio del Chocó.
SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a las Entidades demandadas para que en ningún caso vuelvan a incurrir en las omisiones de pago de las mesadas pensionales, so pena de las sanciones establecidas en el decreto 2591 de 1991.
TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
