- Primero. Revocar la sentencia de fecha tres (3) de diciembre de dos mil cuatro (2004), proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, en la acción de tutela presentada por la señora Martha Neme Prins contra Coomeva EPS. En consecuencia, Conceder el amparo invocado.
- Segundo. Ordenar al representante legal de la EPS Coomeva o quien haga sus veces, que en caso de que no se hubiere hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, cancele a la actora la licencia de maternidad a que tiene derecho.
