- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de San Gil y por la Sala Civil - Familia - Laboral del Tribunal Superior de San Gil, dentro de las acciones de tutela promovidas por las señoras Rosana Flórez Bolívar y Marina Uribe Centeno contra la E.S.E. Hospital San Juan de Dios de San Gil, y en su lugar, por los motivos expuestos declarar que existe carencia actual de objeto por existir un hecho ya superado.
- No obstante lo anterior, la Sala de Revisión ADVIERTE a la E.S.E. Hospital San Juan de Dios de San Gil, que si bien ya pago las mesadas reclamadas por la accionante, deberá de todos modos adelantar las gestiones permitentes que aseguren el pago oportuno de las mesadas futuras.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
