- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Cisneros, Departamento de Antioquia con fecha diciembre dieciséis(16) de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada. En consecuencia, se ordena al Alcalde Municipal de Cisneros, que si ya no lo hubiere hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, inicie las gestiones indispensables para obtener las partidas presupuestales necesarias , con el objeto de pagar lo que se adeuda en materia salarial a los aquí demandantes.
- Tercero. Dese cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 el Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
