- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 19 de septiembre de 2002, por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que reanude el suministro de la droga denominada REMICADE INFLIXIMAB, otorgada en dos oportunidades a la accionante, siempre que se demuestre la necesidad clínica de dicho medicamento. De ser necesario una nueva convalidación de la orden médica proveniente de un médico no adscrito al I.S.S., se deberá proceder a ello, tal como se hizo en su primera oportunidad por el especialista adscrito a la E.P.S. del I.S.S., de conformidad con los datos que se consignan en este fallo.
- Tercero. El I.S.S. podrá acudir al Fosyga por los gastos en que pueda incurrir para el otorgamiento de la droga indicada.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
