- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veinte Civil Municipal de Barranquilla el 30 de abril de 2001 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela al derecho de petición del señor Oswaldo Berrío Vargas
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Fondo Territorial de Pensiones de la Secretaría de Hacienda de Barranquilla que en el término de 48 horas posteriores a la notificación de la presente sentencia responda la petición elevada por el accionante elevada el 20 de agosto de 1999 referente al reajuste de la mesada pensional.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
