- Primero. REVOCAR, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta providencia, los fallos proferidos por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota -Sala Laboral- y por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casacion Laboral-, mediante los cuales se concedio el amparo solicitado. En su lugar, NEGAR la proteccion invocada.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
