- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Sección Primera, de fecha ocho (8) de junio del dos mil (2000), en la acción de tutela y la sentencia proferida por la Sala Quinta de Decisión del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, el veintiocho (28) de abril del dos mil (2000).
- Segundo. NEGAR, por improcedente la acción de tutela interpuesta por la U.A.E. de Aeronautica Civil contra el municipio de Rionegro - Oficina de Ejecuciones Fiscales, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
