- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de la seccion primera de la Sala Contencioso Administrativa del Consejo de Estado, del dia 3 de diciembre de 1997, mediante la cual se ratifico la decision del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca que declaro improcedente la accion de tutela instaurada por Fernando Carrillo Florez contra el Procurador General de la Nacion y la Procuraduria General de la Nacion.
- Segundo. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
