- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el Decreto 874 de mayo 1deg de 1994 "por el cual se declara el Estado de Conmocion Interior".
- SEGUNDO. Disponer que los efectos de la presente declaratoria de inexequibilidad solo se produciran a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia.
