Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
Primero. del Circuito de Cereté (Córdoba) el cuatro (4) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) y, en su lugar, CONFIRMAR las proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ciénaga de Oro (Córdoba) el veintiséis (26) de agosto del mismo año, dentro de las acciones de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. En caso de que, en cumplimiento de los fallos revocados se hubieren pagado sumas de dinero, SE ORDENA SU DEVOLUCION, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
