en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Civil Municipal, el día 22 de abril de 1999, y por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Montelíbano, el día 10 de mayo del mismo año, en cuanto denegaron el amparo solicitado por el señor Camilo Antonio Avila Rodríguez, en contra del alcalde y tesorero del Municipio de Montelíbano, por existir otro medio judicial de defensa.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
