- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de fecha 10 de julio de 1995 de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Medellin, por medio de la cual se confirmo el fallo del 31 de mayo del mismo ano, proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito Especializado de la misma ciudad, que nego la tutela interpuesta por Juan Carlos Coronell Vargas contra la empresa "CODISCOS S.A."
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR la presente decision al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito Especializado de Medellin, con el fin de que proceda a dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
