- Primero. CONFIRMASE, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido el cuatro (4) de agosto del presente año por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Cereté -Córdoba-, mediante el cual se denegó la tutela solicitada por la ciudadana AYDEE CECILIA DE DIAZ.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, compúlsense copias a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para los efectos previstos en la parte motiva.
- Tercero. Líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí previstos.
