- Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones "no puedan realizarse con personal de planta o" y "En ningún caso...generan relación laboral ni prestaciones sociales" contenidas en el numeral 3o. del artículo 32 de la Ley 80 de 1993, salvo que se acredite la existencia de una relación laboral subordinada.
