- Educacion No-Formal es la que se imparte sin sujecion a periodos de secuencia regulada. La Educacion No-Formal no conduce a grados ni a titulos. La Educacion No Formal podra realizarse como complemento de la Educacion Formal y sera fomentada por el Estado.
