CONFIRMAR parcialmente la sentencia expedida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Leticia, el 3 de diciembre de 1998, en cuanto denegó la tutela respecto de los ciudadanos Edgar Vargas Mendoza, Alfonso Soto Frnaco, Alejandro Escobar P., Liliana Zapata y Catalina Ico Martínez, por los motivos expresados en la presente sentencia.
Segundo. RECHAZAR la demanda en relación con Alexi Soto A., Nubia E. Paez, Juan Carlos Perdomo, Marcelino Lindoño, Magnolia Castañeda, Mercedes Leyva, Andrea Mariño, Gilberto Valencia Frnao, José del C. Velazsquez y Helena Leal Negeteye.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaria General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
