- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, Sala Civil, en cuanto nego la tutela del derecho de peticion de Carlos Suarez Rueda, y MODIFICARLA en el sentido de conceder la tutela de los derechos a la intimidad y a la inviolabilidad de la correspondencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Jaime Rodriguez, Gerente de la Inmobiliaria Rodriguez Diaz Ltda, administrador del Edificio Zulied, que entregue la correspondencia que haya retenido al actor, y que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de interceptarla y de impedir que este la reciba. Para esto ultimo, debera impartir las instrucciones correspondientes para que al demandante se le entregue oportunamente la correspondencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
