- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 1deg Penal Municipal de Pitalito, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada y en consecuencia, ORDENAR a la empresa Servientrega Ltda, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas de respuesta por escrito a la peticionaria de la tutela acerca de los documentos enviados bajo el recibo numero 80318399, del dia 1o. de septiembre de 1995.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia del Juzgado 1o. Penal Municipal de Pitalito, a la empresa Servientrega Ltda. y a la peticionaria de la presente tutela.
