- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo proferido el 19 de mayo de 1998 por el JUZGADO DIECISIETE PENAL DEL CIRCUITO DE LA CIUDAD DE SANTIAGO DE CALI, a través del cual dicho despacho REVOCO la decisión del JUZGADO
- PRIMERO. PENAL MUNICIPAL de la misma ciudad, que mediante sentencia fechada el 30 de marzo de 1998 había concedido la tutela interpuesta por los señores OSCAR ARANGO OSPINA y LUZ ELENA VELEZ DE ARANGO y en su lugar negarla por improcedente.
- Segundo. LIBRAR por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
